The crowd chanting is AI-generated audio, not something we can manually record. Common names come out great. Unusual or non-English names can sometimes get mispronounced. That's why we have the optional pronunciation field — filling it in helps the AI get closer. We can't guarantee perfection on name audio, which is why it's disclosed as part of the process.
